To be honest, the overall experience is great. This is the first time that I use this kind of auto shipping service. I did a lot of research on the shipping companies(both carriers and brokers). Finally, I chose Ship a Car Direct base on their reputation. And right now I can say that's perfect decision. The driver showed up exactly on my first available pick-up date and he transported my car from Houston to Boston for just three days. The only small problem might be that I didn't know the driver's information until the pick-up date, but it doesn't affect the five star for the company.
