You hear so many horror stories about selecting a shipping broker that you see a bait and switch, no communication, and poor customer service. I did so much research on companies that I was beginning to think they were all the same. That was until I found Ship-a-car direct. I had amazing customer service from the start, all throughout the presses, and even after my car was delivered. Gaby put my fears aside from the moment we first spoke. The transport driver would even call me to give me pick up and delivery updates. Upon delivery my car was in the exact same condition as it was when picked up. With of course the exception of a fair amount of dust, which is to be expected having a car driven across the country and through the desert. I will have another car in the next few months I need to ship, and I already know who I plan on calling. A++ service all the way! Great value (was quoted and paid several hundred less than other quotes)! Superb experience. Thank you Ship-a-car direct for taking the stress out of shipping my car!!
