When I moved back to the east coast, I knew that I'd need to ship my car, but I'd only heard about doing so from friends. I initially used a different website to allow transport companies to bid on the job, but it was hard to know who was legit and reliable, and the reviews were always very mixed. My new employer suggested that some of the bids were too good to be true - I really didn't have a sense of what was realistic or viable. However, I read about Ship-a-Car Direct online and noticed that they work with BBB, which gave me confidence. Sure enough, Ship-a-Car Direct was able to coordinate a transport that cost only a fraction more than the lowest bid I had previously received, and this time I had the guarantee that the transport company was reliable and legitimate and that my car would make it in one piece and on time. Scott and the Ship-a-Car Direct team were always available and responsive, and they made this process extremely transparent and easy to manage. Shipping the car was not stressful at all, there were no issues, and my car arrived on the east coast in perfect condition. What's not to love?! Thank you, Scott and team, for your help and for making this part of my move a piece of cake!! I am extremely grateful.
