I looked at several brokers and decided on Ship A Car Direct. They weren't the most inexpensive, but based on my research I felt they were the most reliable. My customer service rep was Karen. She answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable with the process of shipping my son's car from Los Angeles to Miami. The car was picked up within 2 days of my order by GCM Auto Transport. They were on time and very accommodating. The driver lives in Miami and was able to assure me that he could deliver the car after 6:00 p.m., which was one of my stipulations. I was told the car would be delivered in 9 to 12 days. It was delivered in 10 days. Ship a Car Direct and GCM Auto Transport exceeded my expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
