First time shipping my car

I will be honest, I had no idea what to expect when shipping my car. But I know I had to go with a company that was reputable and had good customer reviews. When I reached out, Matt the broker or CSR, emailed me my quote and what I can guarantee from Ship a Car Direct. Given that, I have received multiple quotes from other car companies but Ship a Car Direct was not aggressive about who I should choose. So that made my decision a lot easier. Matt was able to communicate and inform me, over email, about pricing, types of carrieres, who the carrier was and when to expect their call. Once the date came closer, the carrier contacted me via email about when and how to prepare your car for pick up. On the day of pickup the driver was 30 minutes late, I was given notice. However, I was at work and was not aware. But from that point to dropping off the car to our new residence everything was smooth, except the car dying on the driver and us. All in all, my experience with Ship a Car Direct was pleasant and everyone involved was very generous and professional, which is why I am giving them a 4 out of 5. The one thing I would have appreciated more is a call from the broker just to make sure everything was clear from the getco instead of an email.
