My representative, Matt, was excellent- well versed, communicative, got back to me promptly and reassured me throughout the process. Best price as well. My only negative feedback would be about the contracted company, Skyline's, timing for pick-up/delivery. I made my schedule/relocation travel arrangements around the scheduled pick-up/delivery time frame. When Skyline called closer to the scheduled time to confirm, they were 1 day earlier than the original scheduled pick up and several hours earlier than the scheduled delivery. Although it was great that they were early, I was unavailable and they had to reschedule me as they could not wait. Thanks to Matt, the pick-up was changed back to the original day only a few hours later than scheduled, which was not a problem. However, since I was unable to receive the vehicle which turned out to be several hours earlier than scheduled, my car was delivered 2 days later. It's great that they were earlier than they originally quoted, however it becomes a problem if you do not have someone available who has a more flexible schedule or if your relocation plans don't permit it. Other than that, the drivers were very pleasant and it was a great experience overall!

Glad to hear you had a pleasant experience overall, JM, and yes pickup and delivery schedules usually have to be somewhat flexible due to the nature of the business. It does help to have an additional person available for backup if needed.
