Thanks to David Franco for providing me excellent service. He was very polite and crisp in his communication. He walked through the process very well, kept me informed about the status of the order at each stage. Once the carrier was assigned, David kept in touch with me to make sure there was nothing out of the ordinary. The carrier scheduled the actual pickup time and informed me a day before he was to arrive at the destination. A pleasant experience overall.
