It was reassuring to go through a broker who screened delivery companies and guaranteed their trustworthiness. And, the icing on the cake, the total cost was less than the estimates I got calling some companies directly. Communication was excellent. The service was good and everyone was friendly and helpful.
The one suggestion I would make, (and it is very minor), is not to automatically put the customer on a daily group email list. But, I was taken off immediately when I asked.
