First time having a car shipped

I had never had to have a car moved before, so wasn't sure how it works or whom to go with. My sister-in-law had told me that she had dealt with some somewhat sleazy car shippers in past, so I went with Ship-a-car Direct because they seemed like a big, experienced operation. Though I had gotten a lower estimate from another company, I was right to go with Ship-a-Car. They are experienced as well as incredibly professional and helpful. The entire time from booking, through waiting, through delivery, the company/Eric communicated with me... sending informative info and videos, emailing me with updates. They were up front, accessible and friendly. The trucker/truck company who actually carried the car, while an independent company working with Ship-a-Car, was also accessible and friendly. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them.
