Our car shipping worked great with Eric and Michael from Ship-A-Car- Michael, the secondary rep I believe we got to while Eric was away on another call, addressed all our initial concerns and also the FAQ videos on their website helped us a lot to prepare as well- Eric, the primary rep was prompt, courteous and straightforward and got us a person on time to ship our car from SD to Seattle in an open truck- when we decided to ship the car faster and earlier within 3 days, Eric even negotiated a deal with the carrier folks keeping our total quote still the same- we were little worried about the open truck part and trusting the carrier folks with our 2014 make but the I-5 carrier transport folks (Sarge & don't remember the destination driver's name) were very prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and honest and brought our car safe and sound in on time with no damage, dirt or items stolen. We wish we decided on this earlier and avoided some rental car fees. The only constructive feedback for Ship-A-Car-Direct would be for them to follow up with the customer on any feedback without customer prompting to ensure the car reached the destination safely
but I will give the benefit of doubt to the holidays and a lot of people moving.
