First off I am receiving an incentive to write this review and I was told that I could/should check the box to indicate that. That said, overall I'm pleased with my experience. This is the 2nd year that I've used Ship-A-Car Direct to transport my vehicle to CA and will most likely use them in the future. They found me a reliable carrier and for the most part stayed out of the way. I'm sure they were available if I needed them but in reality they just handle the deal and then its up to you and the trucking company. Fortunately, I had a good one and all went well. Keep in mind that timing is always a little bit unknown and dates will shift a day or two. Both years the trucker called earlier than expected to pick up the car. This year I was prepared and it almost happened, but at the last minute he delayed the pick up. I was able to be flexible so it was no big deal.
