The biggest problem that I had, and by my rating you can see that it was not THAT dire, was that there was constant mix up in who to contact when. I was the originator of the order. That seemed to confuse everyone since I was on the delivery end. I was organizing for my elderly mother. I handed over the pickup to a brother who was visiting our mother. The car was being received by my son. Lots of call to the wrong people at the wrong time.

Thanks for your positive review, Fern! You are so right - it is important to be clear with your rep who is meeting the carrier on pick-up and who is meeting the carrier on delivery so we have it all set in your file in advance. When your rep calls to verify the details of the order, it's smart to take a moment to review contact information!
