I worked with Ship A Car Direct this winter. Karen helped me a lot with my concerns and settled down everything smoothly. Karen gave quick responses to all me questions. The carrier assigned to me was SAFE AUTO SERVICE which was great. They picked up my car on time and my vehicle arrived in California on time as well. Overall 5 stars! Very satisfied will definitely consider ship a car direct again next time.
