Ship a Car Direct was great to work with. Karen gave me a good bid- not so low as to not attract the good carriers, but not the highest I got either. She kept in regular contact with me throughout the process, and their videos are helpful too. The carrier, OK Auto Carrier, picked up the car a day later than Karen had given me as a tentative date, but I understood that that date was not cast in stone. Delivery was exactly when promised, and the driver contacted me the day before delivery so I knew when to be available to receive the car. Since I live on a dead end street, I found an area about a mile from my house that would work for off loading the car. The driver easily understood the directions and called me when he was unloading the car. The driver was friendly and gave me all the time I wanted to inspect the car. There was no damage whatsoever. This was a very good experience, and I highly recommend Ship a Car Direct and OK Auto Carrier.
