This was my first experience at shipping a vehicle to another state. Angela from Ship A Car Direct made it easy, pleasant and hassle free right from the the start. She walks you through the process from the first contact with them, to when your vehicle is delivered. It is also reassuring that they maintain a 24 hour call site in the event you need to contact them. My car was delivered within the estimated time provided, and in was delivered in perfect condition. I would say, based on my experience, the carriers they use are reliable and dependable.
