I picked Ship a Car Direct because they had great customer reviews. And now I know it wasn't hype. Tom replied to my inquiry quickly with a clear, firm offer and no hard sell, one-time-good-deal if I booked now, or other hustle to get immediate commitment. Once I had a firm pick up date, he got me scheduled immediately and I had the car two days later. The delivering driver, Mike, kept me posted as to his progress, arrived a few hours early, offloaded quickly, had all the paperwork ready and was gone in less than a half an hour. The car looked as if it had just left the dealer's showroom (I guess it effectively had). I cannot think of anything Ship a Car Direct could have done to improve my customer experience. Highly recommend them for any vehicle shipping need.
