this was my third car shipped with ship a car direct. the transporter had a mechanical problem so the pick up was a little late but still very acceptable. I believe that the true measure of how good a company is not measured when all goes perfectly but how they handle adversity. Ship a car direct is a top of the line company and Karen is the best
