We purchased our Mazda CX-9 from a family member, but it required transport from Texas to Connecticut. We chose to deal with Ship a Car Direct after reading so many positive online reviews. From the time we requested a quote, communication was clear, quick, and it was very easy to arrange the details of transport. The transporter contacted our family member and was flexible in scheduling the pick-up time to work with their schedule (picked up on a Sunday night). They estimated at the time that the car would arrive on Friday. On Friday morning, I called the transporter, but couldn't reach anyone and left a message. Later that day, having heard nothing from the transporter, I called Customer Service at Ship a Car Direct and spoke to someone immediately who told me that Monday was the date of arrival. Monday afternoon, the transporter called to say they were ready to deliver the car. Delivery went very smoothly and easily - they met my husband in a parking lot just down the street (walking distance) as we live on a busy road and unloading on the street is not safe. All went very smoothly, but we were still very grateful to have a responsive party like Ship a Car Direct involved in the process.
