We were initially quite nervous about shipping our two cars across the country, but as soon as we signed up with Ship-a-car Direct we felt much better. The communication was always good, our calls were always answered or returned within an hour and it was nice to have a knowledgeable "middle man" help us with the car transport process. Our carrier was one day late picking up our cars, but that problem remained manageable because of the good communication we had with the transport and with Scott at Ship-a-Car Direct. If we ever move again we would definitely use them again. The price was great, the service was great, and our cars arrived in perfect (though dirty) condition.
