We had an excellent experience working with Gaby. She was professional and friendly throughout the process. We appreciated how quickly she returned calls and e-mails, and how she was always courteous and patient and never pushy. Once we committed, she sent us guidance on how to avoid damage during the trip which was very helpful. Also, she was able to schedule a pick-up date very promptly. We were thrilled that the car was delivered cross-country in less than a week in perfect condition. Gaby also followed up to make sure everything went OK. We called a number of companies and her quote was the best. It was such a pleasure getting the best price and not having to compromise on the quality of customer service. Highly recommend!
