I was asked to do this review by my broker but I was going to do one anyways! My broker kept me updated via email and responded to my questions and concerns in a timely manner. He also provided tips and suggestions when dealing with the carrier. Ship a Car Direct also has a website where they have a good Q&A section each with a short video. Honestly I was a little worried using this service because I've never had my car transported before. Searching for carriers on my own was a hassle because there're so many and of all the excess emails you get from them. Ship a Car Direct only contacts you when they need to and they're straight to the point. No runarounds. I'm glad I found Ship a Car Direct and I will for sure use their services again. Thank you!
