Submitted order online and within minutes, Gaby contacted me. She was very professional, courteous, and friendly. When there was an issue with the original shipper- she contacted me and helped me through getting my car. She gave me frequent updates (even on Saturday!).
Overall extremely satisfied with ship-a-car-direct; I would definitely use their services again!
