Car was delivered in good shape

Original quote was 825 (575 to transporter, 250 to shipacardirect). Only when we reached time to ship, did the company start saying anything about possibly being hard to ship from Alabama, and maybe needing to go up on price. None of this was discussed at the beginning.

On our move date, the customer service person we were dealing with, had some legitimate issues with communication, due to her own move, but that did not make things better for us.

Stressing out with less than 24 hours before we move, the total price moved up to 1000, with the agent dropping her fee by 50, to give more money to the carrier so we could get picked up. We got picked up, then dropped. the kicker... we weren't notified of being dropped. it was only through me calling their central dispatch that we learned about this.

karen, and other's that we talked to, eventually got us a carrier for the next day, but that was the day that we were leaving the state. we had to make plans to leave the car at a friends house, and inconvienence them.

bottom line, increase from 825-1000. stress at the end. communication problems. car delivered in good shape.

Thank you for your feedback, Lee. Sorry it was a three star experience for you. We don't have advance notice about exact availability as drive-times aren't precisely predictable - carrier schedules can vary, even last minute. Sorry the timing was not ideal, but glad your car arrived safe and sound!
