Transporting a car can be a stressful experience however the customer service provided by the Ship a car direct agent/Eric was great. He was patient , supportive and courteous; able to guide me through the process. The car pickup time was timely and the driver kept us informed regarding the car delivery. Car arrived safely and within the timeframe stated.
