The car was picked up on the day I selected and the driver was pretty much on time with the pick up. The driver informed me that it usually took 10 day's from CA to south FL.

The car arrived 1 day early, I was informed well in advance when and where to meet the transporter. The car was offloaded and inspected and had no damage in shipment, just a little dirty but I expect that is quite normal in an open carrier.

Scott was my ship a car direct coordinator/dispatcher and he provided helpful videos on what to expect and what to do when shipping your car, from before pick up to after delivery. The whole experience was quite satisfactory and if I do ship another car again I'll use ship a car direct and ask for Scott.
