They were the most expensive carrier and I expected alot. I was sent the Carrier information and when I called them they said that Ship a car cancelled them and of course Ship a car said the opposite. I called customer service at ship a car and all the customer service rep would say is you need to speak to Matt my contact at ship a car. (any question I asked him was talk to Matt). I think the customer service is poor. He would not give me his name. I spoke to Matt and he said that he sent the new carrier info to me but I never received it so he re-sent it. I called the carrier and they said that the car would be picked up Mon or Tue. I received a call on Sunday at 6p.m. that he would be coming to pick up the car in 1 hour. I told him we live in the country and it would pitch black because we live in the country and he said don't worry. He never made it to the house. I met him at the John Deere Tractor Store and we did the inspection under the parking light. I talked with the carrier about delivery and he said that we could meet at a truck stop. I agreed to that and the delivery was about 8 miles from the house. I guess the bottom line is that there is no door to door delivery and if this was for my mother, grandmother or any older person I would not accept this and I would stop payment to ship a car of there fee

Thank you for your feedback, Neal. Sorry to hear it was a 3 star experience for you. Sorry to hear you didn't receive the dispatch notice - a lot of email providers like yahoo, gmail, aol put our notices in the spam folder. And for what it's worth, most carriers prefer to provide door to door service but sometimes they find that there are logistical concerns that don't allow for arrival at the address you specify. (Like if you live on a hill, a tight cul-du-sac, on an island, a dead-end street, or where there are low hanging trees, etc.) It isn't ideal, but sometimes carriers have to ask you to meet nearby.
