I contacted Ship a Car Direct and was very impressed with Karen's (my contact person) professionalism and positive attitude as she guided me through the rather stressful process of transporting a car. She kept me up to date with the process and arranged transportation with BT Transport LLC (the transporter was also a consummate professional). The vehicle was picked up on a Monday and arrived Tuesday afternoon, on schedule. I'm very happy with the service I received.
