Tom at Ship a Car Direct was really awesome and helpful. He was really knowledgeable about the whole process and was available whenever I had questions. The guy who transported my car through Ebro LLC, Gee, was somewhat frustrating though. I was originally told my car would arrive Friday or Saturday, a week after they picked it up. Then Gee told me it would be Wednesday or Thursday, so I would need to send the check to my friend who would, hopefully, be available when it arrived in order to pay him. Then he ended up delivering it on Tuesday, way earlier then expected. The only reason everything worked out was because I decided to leave for Illinois a week early. In addition to all this, after we agreed he'd pick up the car on Friday he called me Thursday morning and asked if I could give up the car early. I asked him what time and he said 'now.' I told him no way he'd have to come back Friday. Also, he said he'd call me half an hour before he arrived on Friday and he didn't do that. He called when he was already there.
My car arrived the same way I'd left it, but Gee was extremely frustrating and somewhat unprofessional.
