Kay, from Ship a Car Direct, provided excellent customer service and kept me updated throughout the entire process. My car was picked up by Kem, from Comic Transportation, and I always had direct communication with him. He responded to my questions very quickly. This was my first time having to ship my car and would highly recommend this service to anyone who needs to have their car hauled.
