My overall experience was very positive with ship a car direct. I've never shipped a car before, so the online videos were very helpful. The driver was very courteous both at pick up and delivery. The entire process from my first call to ship a car direct to drop of of car was only 10 days... much faster than I was expecting. I've heard horror stories from others, but this was a positive experience. Definitely worth the money.
