When picking up my vehicle, it was unable to be unloaded because the vehicle behind it on the rack had a dead battery. The truck driver didn't have jumper cables so it took almost two hours to get the car jumped and my vehicle unloaded. The driver did everything he could to fix the issue, but the overall result was a decent delay. Overall, no harm done. The important thing was my vehicle had no noticeable damage in transit.
