Tom was very helpful in keeping me informed about how the moving process works. The car was picked up and delivered on time. I was told to inspect the car body carefully and I did. There was no damage. So I signed the contract and handed over payment to the driver.

However, after the driver left, I realized that the car seats were dirty. I would recommend everyone to inspect the vehicle exterior as well as interior.

But it is not fault of ship-car-direct.
