After reading so many horror stories and bad reviews about transporting an automobile cross-country, we were surprised and extremely happy with the experience we had with Ship a Car Direct. Gaby communicated frequently with us throughout the process and provided valuable information and videos to guide us. The car was picked up on the day promised and delivered exactly when the carrier, IK Transportation Inc., told us it would be delivered. It was a tad bit dirty, but that's to be expected with an open carrier. Otherwise, it was in perfect shape!
