My wife and I were thinking of driving across country to move to Massachusetts. The idea became too complex and we decided to transport the car. I looked online and read reviews for ship a car direct. All were great reviews. I spoke to David and he was my one contact. Over about a month I asked him many questions and he answered them prompty. He assured me that everything would go without a hitch. Everything did. From securing the transport online to meeting the carrier in Portland Oregon and then meeting again in Massachusetts, the experience was flawless. The carrier was a day early and was very nice .
In the middle of all this I wondered if the carrier would drop our car off closer to where we were living instead of Braintree, ma. I asked David thinking that everything was locked in. He said he would ask the carrier. If the carrier said yes I knew it would cost a lot more money. David asked, the carrier said yes without additional charge. Wow that was wonderful.
I never write reviews ever for anything but this experience was flawless and David from ship a car direct was wonderful to work with.
