I've never had a better full-fledged customer service experience than I had using Ship a Car Direct. They hand hold you through the whole thing with emails, personal phone calls and even videos to make transporting your car a lot less scary. They take all the mystery out and leave you feeling at ease. My car made it across the entire United States without any problems. At all times I knew where it was, who was driving the truck, and when/where it was going to be dropped off. Great communication through the entire process! I would definitely use Ship a Car Direct again!!!
