Smooth delivery but getting a rebate was a bit of hassle

I got my car picked and delivered on the dates I wanted and with no damage done to the car. Price was competitive. The rep was very responsive before and during the delivery process. There were a couple of things that made the experience less than ideal (keep in mind, I have moved my car with different transport companies 3 times before). First confirmation of the pickup happened only a mere 1.5 days before the actual pick up. The short notice wasn't a problem for me, but for someone who needs more of a heads up, this can be a problem. From the sound of things, such short notice is common with the company. The other issue was the rebate.After the delivery, I asked various times for the rebate instructions, and response was slow and uneven. I started to question whether this company is even sincere about giving the rebate. I have yet find out.
