Here I come America. I am writing this review to share my experience with the "Ship a Car Direct" in the process of shipping my car so other prospective car shippers could benefit. My motto is "Customer is always right". So, a 5-star customers' reviews I read on "Ship a car direct" can't be wrong. Right? In view of the above, I requested for a quote to ship my car from Phoenix Valley (AZ) to Raleigh, NC. Within a few hours, I received an email with a quote ($975) from Karen. From then on, I received emails from her everyday that included useful links and videos (explaining tricks of the trade). I also had a number of phone calls with her (she was professional but sounded bubbly though). In view of her emails and phone calls (on top of customer reviews) convinced me to go with the winners. On the day my car was ready to be picked up, I had many phone calls and TXT messages both from Karen and driver informing the car pickup time. The driver and his assistant came on time, inspected the car, gave me the "Loading Slip" and left. The driver was friendly, explained the details and delivery date. The car was delivered on the date promised w/o any damage (Of course, I had taken pictures of dents/scratches in the presence of the driver). I NEVER HAD A HITCH THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS. I am impressed with Karen's efforts and she was at the forefront to make it happen. My order number: 447942-QZ, Down payment ($225) after submitting my contract and rest ($750) after car delivery at the destination.
