Overall no real problems shipping the car. The only thing I think needs some improvement is the communication between the broker and the customer for the delivery time. When the driver picked up the car on Monday afternoon he said he was going from there straight to the drop off location and would be there on Thursday morning. When I texted the broker on Wednesday morning to see if we were on track for delivery Thursday morning I felt like I got a canned reply saying the car is scheduled to be delivered within 5 to 7 days. So then I needed to make a decision, broker is saying Saturday is the soonest it will be delivered and the driver said he would be there Thursday morning. I decided to be at the drop off location Thursday morning and sure enough that is when he showed up. I guess the take away for me was to be more proactive and to get a number for the driver because he is going to be the person who knows the schedule more than the broker. But overall I was still pleased with the service and would use them again.

Thanks for the positive feedback! Yes, it's true: after your vehicle is picked up your driver will always have the most up-to-date timing (and they will inform the customer directly before informing us about delivery).
