"Ship a Car Direct" proved to be reliable and helpful; of particular importance, they were accessible and prompt in responding to my questions. The one-day delay in car delivery was no big deal, as the delivery time was given to me only as an estimate, so it does not count as a problem. Pick up was prompt and easy, though I did have to drive about 5 miles to pick up the car; I think a closer location might have been possible. The delivery driver was courteous and easy to work with. The car was undamaged. I would use them again.
