The company is very informative and user friendly; the videos are very useful and explain everything up front. Ship A Car Direct was very helpful supplying me with all the documentation necessary to complete the transport without any hassles, and David Best was my agent from Ship A Car Direct. He was my individual agent during my shipment and always was available to me whenever I called or e-mailed him. The only thing I had a problem with was the 3 day late arrival of my vehicle from Hawaii to Virginia due to the trucking company vehicle broke down on the way to Virginia, which caused the three day delay but other than that life was good. My vehicle arrived without a scratch on it, which makes every owner very excited!!!! Great to see my vehicle in the same condition as it was upon drop-off. I would recommend this company to my friends and family without hesitation.
