Not having any experience in transporting our private auto, my phone call to Karen at Ship a Car direct turned out to be a great decision. I needed to transport our vehicle coast to coast. The entire process was very smooth with no hidden surprises. Karen was very clear and informative and the experience with the auto transporter was very friendly, smooth and on time...both at pick-up and delivery. My car arrived without any problems, new scratches or issues. The driver delivered the vehicle right outside the country club. I can't express enough how easy this entire process was. I paid Karen their fee and the driver his money at the time if delivery. The driver was easy to contact and also called me to give me updates on my cars location. If I ever do this again, it will be with Ship a Car Direct.com!!
