Great service in a somewhat inexact business

Tom was great. Had some problems on pickup on weekend, but more than made up for by getting car 2 days early. Some of that may have been my/the seller's fault, but the 24 hour support folks were a bit hard to understand (outsourced, obviously) and the info they had for my carrier was incorrect.

Got all that squared away on Monday, though, and the car still got here two days early.

It's important to understand this business is made up of multiple entities. The entity you contract with initially is just a broker, and they put your shipment out to bid. And the brokers compete as well. That's not something I understood upfront, so I submitted an online request AND called the 1800 number. I didn't realize that I had set off 2 orders, and that caused some confusion. Again, that's on me, trying to figure out my way through a complex process.

Anyway, ShipACarDirect was always forthcoming, honest, helpful and very upfront about how the business works. I would use them again.
