Great experience

I contacted SHIP a CAR after going on their website and having read reviews from other customers who utilized their services. What made me choose this company rather than the many others I had researched was the straight forward information and honesty related to the process of shipping a car (mine was in MD and I needed it in CO as soon as possible without any hassle). The price I was given was comparable to other companies but I wanted to have peace of mind knowing that my vehicle was in good hands and the reviews I had read gave me confidence that SHIP a CAR would be able to meet my needs. Never during the process did I feel they were trying to take advantage of me or ask for more money.

Karen was the person who helped me. Her professionalism was evident from the moment she picked up the phone. She was able to answer all of my questions and guide me through the process, making it very simple. I was having problems with my phone and would not receive calls at times so she sent me text messages from her own private phone to ensure that I received the information I needed. Karen was able to find a carrier within an hour of our conversation. It took two days from the time I was assigned to a carrier to my car being picked up in MD.

The only problem I encountered during the entire process was with the carrier. I had spoken with the driver the day before the estimated pick up and was told he would be at the house between 6-10am. However, he did not arrive at the address until around 2pm. Around noon I tried contacting the driver to see what was going on but he did not pick up. I then contacted SHIP A CAR's customer service and also Karen. Within 30 minutes I had confirmation the driver was on his way and there had been a change in schedule that had not been passed along to us. Karen apologized on behalf of the driver and reassured me things were ok.

After that incident I had no other problems and the truck driver (Mike) was very responsive. He answered the calls promptly and kept me informed of the progress he was making and when he would be arriving in CO. Mike was also very helpful in changing the delivery time for my husband and I since we were not going to be at the house at 9am when he was expected to deliver our car. He changed his route and delivered other vehicles first and arrived at our address at noon- which worked great for us. I texted Karen the day I received the car to thank her for making this process stress free.

My husband and I are very pleased with the entire process and would recommend SHIP a CAR to others withour hesitation.
