I chose Ship a Car Direct because of their good reviews on consumer education reports. It was a stressful period for me. I wish the broker kept in touch with me more often. It was hard to reach him. Even when he promised to send the details of the carrier in 10 minutes to my email, I still would not see anything, and wasted my time waiting for the email. Overall communication was not good.

The carrier was a pleasant though.
