excellent service, if a little annoying

We had a wonderful experience moving our car across country. Everything was taken care of and picked up on time and arrived VERY quickly. A few negatives are the sheer amount of e-mails you receive throughout the process. Some people may like the constant updates... I found them annoying. Also, this is a broker, so you have a broker fee, which you don't find out until you have completed the process. Even with this fee, however, it is similar in price to doing it on your own. Once a carrier was assigned, you can contact them directly. I had no success in contacting ours. I left messages and they NEVER returned it. You can go through Ship-a-car direct still and they can middleman you, but I found their customer service to be annoying. The agent sounded like he was in India and was reading from a script and said there was no reason why I needed to talk to them, that they would give me a call, which they never did. However, it was a simple and easy process. Our car arrived filthier than I could have ever imagined, but it wasn't damaged and it arrived very quickly. Picked up in Connecticut on 6/22/15, arrived in California on 6/27/15. Crazy fast.
