This was my first time having a car shipped, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I like that Ship a Car gave exact details on what we have to do, followed up with educational emails with tips, etc.

They made sure I was aware that the driver had to be payed in cash, and didn't make me deposit money until after they had found the carrier. Overall they were responsive and everything went smoothly. I received the car earlier than expected as well.

Alex kept in the loop each step of the way with emails, videos to help answer a lot of frequently asked questions, and even sent me an email with his phone to reach him any time I had a question.

I think they covered every angle they could have and were generally up front about all the steps required. I'd recommend them for sure.
