I really appreciated the immediate and regular communication with David throughout the process. He was honest about the process and helped us to arrange our shipment to get the best and quickest situation. I liked that our carrier was the same couple of guys in California that we met on the other side of the country in Massachusetts. I felt like they had things under control and took good care of my car. It was a little dirty, but that's to be expected in an open carrier, I just pulled through a car wash on the way home and I was good to go. Seven days from coast to coast with excellent customer service is hard to beat.
