I was relocated from Northern California to Southern California by my company.

Ship A car Direct was straightforward and made the process simple. Matt was always there to answer my questions by email or by phone. The answers were direct and simple. When they set me up with the transporter (Red Star) things went smoothly. I had all the info I needed to talk to the transporter directly and clarify times and locations.

The Red Star driver called me ahead of time and told me when he would be there to pick my cars up.
He got to my home on time, we inspected the cars together, did our paperwork, and he loaded the cars onto his truck.

On delivery day I did NOT have to chase anybody around to find out where my cars were and when they would arrive.
THEY CAME LOOKING FOR ME, because I had to be in three places at once. They were patient and prompt and did what they said they would do (deliver the cars) when they said they would do it. Totally courteous and professional

Moving a family, even within the state, any state, is a major undertaking with a LOT of moving parts.
I am glad I saved myself at least one headache and moved our cars with Ship A Car Direct.
