It was a little bit hard to understand the driver on the phone, due to his accent. But we managed. The truck used to transport the car was not able to be driven up my residential street, so my car had to be driven to another location for loading. (The same with delivery.) Overall, I'm happy and my car was shipped across the states without any issues.
