Our experience with Ship a Car Direct was terrific. This was the first time that we had shipped a car, let alone across the country and we therefore had a myriad of questions. Their web site has a number of videos which explain the process and answered most of our questions. Once we made our decision two weeks prior to pick-up, our representative Eric was extremely helpful and he called us throughout the process in order to give us updates and ensure that we were completely satisfied. Our car was picked up in northern California on time, delivered across the country to Virginia early (and over the July 4th holiday weekend)! The cost of transport was competitive, payment was easy and matched our quote to the dime! Thanks for the great service!
